In a similar way, the object manager displays the project content in an organized manner, categorizing them in primary documents, quotations, memos, links etc. For instance, it can be used for viewing documents and their quotations, memos linked to their corresponding objects, all in tree-view to allow easy navigation. The advanced searching, sorting and filtering options help you quickly find what you are looking for, while the object explorer offers you an overview of your entire project. To create a Project Bundle, do the following: save your work as usual, by going to File and choosing Save. Linking a file means it will be accessed from its original location in ATLAS.ti when you want it. If you have videos, audio, or other sizable files that you want to analyze in ATLAS.ti, you have the option to link them instead of importing.

You can also manage your Documents in the Document Manager (Home tab, Managers group). After importing them, they will be available on the left-hand side in the "Documents" drop-down. When you first open ATLAS.ti, you will see "Add Documents" in the upper left-hand corner. The program accepts a variety of document types, from text to images.
